This is a prayer for protection over your children. If you believe in the power of prayer, this is for you, and send this to someone who needs it.
Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart full of love and concern for my children in a world that can sometimes be uncertain and frightening. I pray for your protective hand to be upon them. Guard their steps, Lord, and keep them safe from physical, emotional, and spiritual harm. and let your presence be a constant source of comfort and assurance in their lives.
Guide them in making wise decisions that lead to health, happiness, and righteousness. Shield their hearts and minds from negative influences and help them to recognize and resist temptation. Bless them with strength and courage to face the challenges of life and instill in them a deep sense of your peace that surpasses understanding.
May they grow in wisdom and status stature and in favor with you and with people. Cover them with your love, Lord, and let them feel secure in the knowledge that they are never alone for you are always with them. Teach them to call upon your name in times of need, trusting in your power to save and protect.
I entrust my children to your care, Lord, confident in your promise to watch over your beloved even as they sleep. May your blessings be upon them today and always. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
